About this score

The PRECISE-DAPT score uses 5 variables (age, creatinine clearance, hemoglobin, white blood cell count, prior spontaneous bleeding) to estimate the risk of out-of-hospital bleeding on dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT). The score is calculated from a nomogram, range 0-100. A score ≥ 25 favors shortened DAPT (3-6 months); a score < 25 favors standard/extended DAPT.
